ECHO  ·  Regulation Instruments

Welcome to
The Field

Understanding your nervous system is one thing. Training it is another. These instruments are how you practice — short, focused sessions that build the regulation capacity no workshop can give you.

Instrument 01  ·  Coherence

Driftline

A glowing band drifts slowly up and down. Keep the dot inside it by pressing and releasing in a slow, steady rhythm. The longer you stay in, the wider the band gets. Three minutes is enough to shift your state.

Duration  90s – 5 min
Skill level  Beginner
Instrument 02  ·  Load Tolerance

Signal Hold

The signal falls under pressure. Hold it in the zone as interference builds — spikes come harder and faster as time goes on. This is what it feels like to stay clear under real cognitive load.

Duration  60s – 3 min
Skill level  Intermediate
Instrument 03  ·  Recovery Speed

Drop Protocol

Measure how fast your nervous system returns to baseline after a spike. Awareness first, speed second. Coming soon.

Instrument 04  ·  Interference Clearance

Scan and Clear

Name what is running in your nervous system background — worries, tensions, unresolved loops. Then release each one with a targeted hold protocol. Specificity is the mechanism. Vagueness changes nothing.

Duration  5 – 15 min

Why this exists

Regulation is a skill. Skills need practice.

You can't think your way into a regulated nervous system. Every instrument in The Field is built around a specific, evidence-based principle. Not metaphor. Not motivation. Not breath-work theatre.

Use Driftline before a high-stakes meeting, after a draining conversation, or any time you need to bring yourself back online. Two to five minutes at the right frequency creates measurable physiological change. Your score reflects breath coherence, not willpower.
